All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to support@edu-botics.com . Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 10 working days before the training. Cancellations within 10 working days will incur a $100 plus GST fee. No charge for student substitutions. Full fees apply without notice, no refunds but a training voucher will be issued. No refunds or vouchers for no-shows or incomplete courses.

If a class does not meet the minimum number of participants, it may be canceled. Edu-botics  will provide a full refund but is not responsible for travel and accommodation costs. Classes may be rescheduled due to trainer illness or other reasons. New dates will be communicated promptly.
